1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Services Offered
ZenwareIT provides web development, mobile app development, digital marketing, cloud migration, and IT consulting services as per the agreed project scope.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate requirements, feedback, and timely approvals to ensure the successful execution of the project.
4. Project Timeline
All project timelines are estimates and may vary based on client inputs, revisions, and third-party dependencies.
5. Payments
Clients agree to make payments as per the agreed milestones mentioned in the proposal or invoice. Late payments may attract penalties.
6. Intellectual Property
All code, designs, and deliverables remain the property of ZenwareIT until full payment is received. Upon completion and payment, IP rights transfer to the client.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality on all shared information, documents, and project data.
8. Communication
ZenwareIT communicates through official emails, project management tools, or client-approved channels.
9. Revisions
Reasonable revisions are allowed based on the initial scope. Additional revisions beyond scope may incur extra charges.
10. Third-Party Tools
ZenwareIT is not responsible for failures caused by third-party tools, APIs, plugins, or services used in the project.
Cancellation Policy
11. Project Cancellation
Either party may cancel the project with a written notice. In such cases, the client will be billed for work completed until the cancellation date.
12. Cancellation by Client
If the client cancels the project after work begins, they must pay for the hours already worked or any non-refundable third-party purchases.
13. Cancellation by ZenwareIT
ZenwareIT reserves the right to cancel the project due to breach of terms, non-cooperation, or delayed payments from the client.
Refund Policy
14. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are not applicable once the project has started, except in cases where ZenwareIT is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services.
15. No Refund for Change of Mind
Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, project delays due to client inputs, or dissatisfaction after completion as per the defined scope.
