You agree to:

Intellectual Property

All content on our platforms—code, logos, images, documents, designs, and trademarks—is the exclusive property of ZenWareIT Software Solutions LLP. Any unauthorized copying, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of our content, software, or intellectual assets is expressly forbidden and may result in legal action under applicable laws.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any sensitive business, client, or technical information shared during project execution. Disclosure to third parties without written consent is prohibited unless required by law.

Payments and Invoicing

Clients agree to make payments as per agreed milestones or invoices. Delay in payments beyond the due date may attract late fees or service suspension. Refunds will be handled case-by-case as per project-specific terms.

Service Warranties

We deliver services with professional diligence. However, ZenWareIT does not warrant that services will be completely error-free or meet specific expectations unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, ZenWareIT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of service use, delays, or disruptions.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate services immediately if:

There is a violation of these Terms

There is fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity

We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority

Governing Law :

These Terms and any related disputes shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the prevailing laws of the Republic of India, without regard to any conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India, as applicable.
